My name is Lavelle and not only am I a graduate from RW cohort 18 but I’m also an active member of the alumni board.
My purpose for joining revolution was to make a change not just for me but for my family. RW has helped me in ways you couldn’t even imagine. They even helped me get my high school diploma once I found out the criteria to become a union member. I’m now a laborer for Bulley and Andrew’s. One of Chicago and the country's oldest general contractors.
I could not have done this with out physical and moral support from multiple members at RW. Coming into this program that’s exactly what I thought this was just a program. But today I stand before you as a proud member of the RW family.
