Having earned a B.S. in Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from National Louis University, Charrice has extensive experience in workforce development, career coaching, career pathing, counseling, relationship management, and human resource development. As RW’s Employment Specialist, Charrice combines this varied expertise and a close familiarity with the construction industry to help our RW trainees turn their skills into long lasting success.
