Trades Pathways Program
This program prepares you to work out in the field in roles like carpenter, laborer, electrician, and more on job sites ranging from building a house to raising a skyscraper. Salaries for these roles range from $18/hr. on up to $45/hr.

This program prepares you to work out in the field in roles like carpenter, laborer, electrician, and more on job sites ranging from building a house to raising a skyscraper. Salaries for these roles range from $18/hr. on up to $45/hr.
Program Details:
- 12 weeks
- Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Training takes place at our East Garfield Park or Roseland locations
Program Requirements:
- Be between 18 - 40 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have or be able to obtain/reinstate your Driver's License
You'll receive:
- Expert Training in hand and power tools, materials handling, safety, and more.
- Weekly Stipend
- Tools
- Transportation Assistance
- Personal Protective Equipment
- Job Placement Assistance
- First Aid/CPR certificate
- NCCER Core certificate
- OSHA-10 certificate
- A complete set of tools
