The Retention Specialist will provide employment preparation to clients through teaching employment readiness classes and required one-on-one coaching sessions. They will also prepare key documents for the program related to each client’s employment goals, barriers, and skills, in addition to other responsibilities.  Last Friday, Revolution Workshop attended our partner, Chicago Jobs Council's 39th Annual Meeting Celebration: “Ideas and Action, from the Community for the Community – Virtual Edition”, where our Executive Director, Manny Rodriguez, was honored with the Betty J. Willhoite Award for his work helping to create opportunity, long-lasting careers, and employment support for individuals throughout our city.
